Wir suchen dich, mit Neugier und Enthusiasmus für digitales Projektmanagement im Agenturen Umfeld
Du bist vertraut mit digitalen Produkten, Plattformen sowie Service-Entwicklung (Web, E-Commerce, Apps)
Du bist zuständig für die Transformationsberatung unserer Kunden und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Strategien
Du übernimmst eigenständig die fachlich-inhaltliche Steuerung, Zeit- und Budgetplanung, sowie Abrechnungskontrolle für verschiedenste Kundenprojekte und stehst dabei im stetigen Austausch mit den Projektteams
Du bringst 4-5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrungen im digitalen und agilen (IT-) Projektmanagement mit und bringst eine Scrum-Zertifizierung oder die Bereitschaft diese bei uns zu absolvieren mit
Du bist vertraut mit dem Umgang spezifischer Tools zur Organisation, Kollaboration und Kommunikation - wie z.B. Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.
Du zählst Eigeninitiative, Empathie und Strukturiertheit zu deinen Stärken
Erfahrungen im Agenturen- oder IT Umfeld sind von Vorteil
Überzeugend auftreten und das auch beim Kunden? Super – wir lernen unsere Kunden auch gerne vor Ort kennen
Du arbeitest gern in flachen Hierarchien und hast Freude daran, juniorigen Kolleg:innen bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You are the one we miss!

We are looking for you, with curiosity and enthusiasm for digital project management in an agency environment
You are familiar with digital products, platforms and service development (web, e-commerce, apps)
You are responsible for transformation consulting for our clients and support the development and implementation of digital strategies
You independently take over the technical and content management, time and budget planning, as well as billing control for various customer projects and are in constant communication with the project teams
You have 4-5 years of sound experience in digital and agile (IT) project management and have a Scrum certification or the willingness to complete it with us
You are familiar with the use of specific tools for organization, collaboration and communication - such as Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.
You count initiative, empathy and structure among your strengths
Experience in an agency or IT environment is an advantage
Are you convincing and also convincing to customers? Great - we also like to get to know our customers on site
You like working in flat hierarchies and enjoy supporting junior colleagues in their further development
You have very good German and English skills
