Du brennst fürs digitale Projektmanagement und fühlst dich in agilen Agenturstrukturen wie zuhause
Ob Web, E-Commerce, Apps oder Online-Marketing: Du weißt, wie digitale Produkte und Plattformen zum Leben erweckt werden
Du steuerst eigenständig mehrere Kundenprojekte – inhaltlich, zeitlich, finanziell – und behältst dabei immer den Überblick und dein Team im Blick
2-5 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen (IT-)Projektmanagement sind dein Fundament, eine Scrum-Zertifizierung bestenfalls dein Plus
Du berätst Kunden auf Augenhöhe und treibst digitale Strategien von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung voran
Mit Akquise, Pitches und Business Development kennst du dich schon aus
Jira, Confluence, Slack & Co. sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern tägliche Begleiter
Du bist aufgeschlossen gegenüber der Nutzung von KI und integrierst sie sinnvoll in deinen Arbeitsalltag
Du bist eigeninitiativ, empathisch, strukturiert – und kannst Ideen so präsentieren, dass alle Bock drauf haben
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, da unsere aktuellen Projekte überwiegend in deutscher Sprache durchgeführt werden. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil

You are the one we miss!

You're passionate about digital project management and thrive in agile agency environments
Whether it's web, e-commerce, apps, or online marketing: You know how to bring digital products and platforms to life
You independently manage multiple client projects – content, timeline, budget – while keeping everything on track and your team in the loop
2-5 years of experience in digital (IT) project management is your foundation, a Scrum certification is your bonus
You consult with clients as a trusted partner and drive digital strategies from concept to execution
Ideally, you're already familiar with new business, pitches, and business development
Jira, Confluence, Slack & Co. aren't just buzzwords for you – they're your daily toolkit
You're open to using AI and integrate it meaningfully into your workflow
You're proactive, empathetic, structured – and you can pitch ideas in a way that gets everyone excited
You have excellent German language skills, as most of our current projects are conducted in German. Strong English skills are also a plus
