You are the one we miss!

We're looking for you — someone with a passion for online marketing and a sharp eye for trends and competition in a fast-moving market
You bring 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Budget planning and control, including managing large-scale ad budgets, are among your core strengths — you keep a clear overview even at high spend levels
You're fully comfortable with media planning and strategic campaign planning across multiple channels
You take ownership of the strategic development, execution, and ongoing optimization of our performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and native advertising
You create comprehensive campaign performance analyses and reports, interpret the data, and translate your findings into concrete optimization actions
You leverage modern AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to run campaigns more efficiently, uncover optimization opportunities, and develop innovative solutions for our clients
You manage client relationships independently, co-develop performance marketing strategies with them, and present campaign results and growth opportunities in a compelling way
Experience in tracking, affiliate marketing, and SEO? Great — that's a definite plus
You have excellent German language skills, as most of our projects are conducted in German; strong English skills are also a plus
