You are the one we miss!

  • You're passionate about compelling concepts and know how to turn a single idea into a cohesive visual language — from the first rough sketch all the way to the final key visual
  • You lay out designs with confidence and a strong feel for typography, image composition, and brand identity — across campaigns, social content, and digital formats
  • You bring around 3 years of professional experience, ideally as an Art Director or in a comparable creative role at an agency
  • You take ownership and are comfortable stepping into a lead role on projects — including helping build and deliver client presentations
  • You're proficient in industry-standard design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and you have hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and the like) — you know when they actually move the needle in your process and when good old-fashioned craft is what the moment calls for
  • As the connector between campaign, social media, and strategy, you bring creative ideas that hold up conceptually and translate into visually consistent execution
  • You're not afraid to try new approaches — analog or tech-driven — and you always keep the big picture in mind: an idea that sticks and a result that gets both clients and you genuinely excited
  • Agile mindset? Absolutely. Our projects run in agile environments with tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence
  • You're self-driven, empathetic, and organized — and you know how to pitch ideas in a way that gets everyone on board
  • Strong German language skills are required, as our current projects are primarily conducted in German. Solid English skills are a definite plus
