You are the one we miss!

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be independently responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and continuous optimization of our paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and in native advertising-across the entire funnel, from awareness to performance
You have more than 6 years of professional experience in paid media, including several years of independent responsibility for campaign budgets in the high six- to seven-figure range
You will be independently responsible to the client for media planning and strategic campaign planning across channels and funnel stages, from reach and brand goals to conversion optimization
You will create comprehensive analyses and reports on campaign performance across the entire funnel, interpret the data at a strategic level, and derive concrete optimization and scaling measures from it
You’ll use modern AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to manage campaigns more efficiently, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop innovative solutions for our clients
You’ll manage clients independently, work with them to develop paid media strategies at the strategic level, and present campaign results and opportunities for optimization persuasively to decision-makers
You will correspond with and manage external partners, such as media agencies
You have a very good command of German (minimum C1), as our current projects are primarily conducted in German. A good command of English is a plus
